Summary
I am a fully qualified Chartered Legal Executive with over 30 years experience in legal affairs. I specialise in high value personal injury claims, particularly road accidents, construction site accidents and accidents at work. Over the past year, I have settled claims valued at between £65,000 and £180,000. I also specialise in dealing with high value commercial debt claims, where again over the past few years I have dealt with claims valued at between £100,000 and £200,000. I handle many lower value cases where I always recommend to the client that they use a professional mediator as opposed to going to Court. Mediation and pre action protocol correspondence is now the most important way of settling disputes and its usage will spread to higher value claims over the next two years or so.

Interests and Hobbies
