Summary
I qualified as a certified chartered accountant and insolvency practitioner during my 10 years at Deloitte LLP and have enjoyed over 15 years in the restructuring, distressed turnaround and insolvency industry.
The experience and training I have been lucky enough to accumulate mean that I can tailor effective solutions to complex problems faced by company directors, business owners, lenders and creditors. The assistance I can provide covers a wide range of services, including:
- Helping business owners to tax efficiently extract value via a Members’ Voluntary Liquidation.
- Rescuing businesses through distressed turnaround planning including stakeholder negotiations, analysis of working capital and refinancing.
- Rescuing businesses through various formal procedures including Company Voluntary Arrangements and Administrations.
- Helping business owners to solvently and efficiently manage an exit from a business ensuring all liabilities are appropriately resolved.
