Danis has been involved in transactions in excess of £325m and has advised on the acquisition, feasibility, strategy, funding, operations and disposal of residential, commercial, office, PBSA, hotel and mixed-use properties. Prior founding &SQFT Real Estate, he has worked alongside Euroterra Capital, Monta Capital and Topset Investments. He has a first-class honours degree in BSc Mathematics from the University of Bristol and MSc Real Estate Economics and Finance from the London School of Economics where he has also served as the president of the LSE Real Estate Club. Danis is a passionate, hardworking, responsible and motivated individual, with the ability to work in a high-performance and result-driven environment. He has strong analytical skills and great understanding of real estate valuation and investment appraisal techniques.
