My Name is Eric Haitner, I am a Director of Zigzag Video Mail Ltd and Zigzag Video Media Ltd. Two years ago I was instrumental in spotting a trend in the growth of On-line Video and Video marketing. It struck me that most company's have video content or have a need for video content. The traditional route for this video content has been to either embed it on their websites or upload to a hosting Platform. Both these methods solely rely on traffic visiting and finding the video content. I had been wondering about the use of video in marketing. It is after all the most user engaging form of media. Having one day checked my email inbox to find no less than 80 marketing emails, I studied them closely only to see that they all followed a similar pattern, a long sales pitch with a call to action. The problem I realised was that they were not engaging, in fact they were bland and boring. If I found them non-engaging so would others, hence the very low conversion rate that traditional email marketing generates. I married the concept of Email Marketing with Video Marketing and myself and my Co-Director developed a simple to use Platform that enables users to record or upload pre-recorded Video content and send by email directly to the recipients inbox. We have expanded the Platform Globally and added many features to our core product. As the need for business to have Video Content increases we now fulfill that need with a Video Production Company in addition to our platform that cost effectively sends Video by Email.
