My vision is for the future of UK Plc is a world full of competent managers and inspiring leaders.
My mission is to transform each and every 'accidental manager' I connect with, into a competent manager and inspiring leader.
My strategy to fulfil my mission, is to use innovative and effective pedagogical approaches in my workshop facilitation and coaching, to translate relevant management ideas into action through the practising managers I connect with.
Currently I am transforming managers at BMW, Rolls Royce, Heathrow Airport, Oxford University Press, Norfolk & Suffolk Police, and Plastic Omnium among others.
When I am not facilitating workshops or coaching, you will find me walking mindfully or writing up my PhD thesis (exploring the relevance gap between management theory practice, and my role as an intermediary on the relevance bridge, translating management education into practice).
