I am Charlotte McKay an Independent Planning Lawyer based in West Yorkshire. I established IOP Consulting with the aim of bringing professional planning legal advice to all.
IOP Consulting was borne out of the desire to assist people through the sometimes complex planning system at a price that is accessible to all and on a fixed fee basis. I therefore provide a first class professional planning service all for a fixed fee.
I am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives, whose members are independently regulated by Ilex Professional Standards. I am fully insured for the services I provide. I have been a planning lawyer for the past 8 years. During my career I have worked for local authorities and in private practice, including working for a top tier international law firm. This means that I am able to bring to the table a wealth of experience from both the developers and the local planning authorities perspective.
I pride myself on providing expertise in relation to the often complex planning system in a commonsense and commercially astute manner. I also pride myself on my excellent client care skills and timely service.
