2011 - 2011Worked as an interim Programme Manager to configure, design and implement an Intranet and Extranets using an “out of the box” Software called Intranet Connection as part of a Business Change Programme for a financial institution to help improve communication across all departments, increase employee productivity and engagement. Worked with stakeholders and Senior Management in 12 departments to agree content, website IA, deliverables, KPIs and project plans. Managed a dedicated Intranet team of 26 people, arranged regular meetings with team to carryout out card sorting exercises to agree web IA and provided training sessions on Intranet Software i.e. how to publish and maintain content. Produced all project documentation in accordance with Prince 2 methodology. -
