During this time frame the entire focus has been on professional business development to ensure long term profitable business growth for the business owners.
I built Qufab Construction as CEO and owner in the last recession, starting from the idea to a £7 million turnover with a healthy profit margin.
Our core sector was the Power Industry constructing sub-stations.
Our Blue Chip clients included Scottish Power, NGC, Simens, Alstom. Dealing with these kinds of Blue Chip corporations required me to wear many different business hats including those of CEO Adviser, CFO Adviser, CMO Adviser, COO Adviser, CTO Adviser, CIO Adviser, CEO & Management Consulting specialist.
