Landmark Investments are a large property investment company operating from Bolton and covering the whole country. 2010 will be our tenth year in business. Our main focus is the acquisition and management of residential and commercial ground rents. We are also buyers of land and property in the North West. We already control a substantial portfolio and deal with both large and small developers throughout the country. We are also able to professionally manage stock for owners not looking to sell at this point.
