Summary
Experienced hospitality professional with over 12 years experience within the hotel industry. I started off as a waiter on a zero hour contract and worked my way up to running my own Sales office at the Holiday Inn Express Kettering before taking on an additional position with the management company, Brightstar Hospitality. I have worked in all departments within a hotel so i understand the guests journey from start to finish. I have a background in Sales, Meetings and Events as well as group bookings. As part of Brightstar Hospitality we have hotels around the country in places such as Kettering, Birmingham, Preston, Leicester, Nottingham, Crewe, Norwich and London with many more coming into the portfolio very soon. I would be interested in meeting other people that require the use of accommodation and meeting rooms.
