With over 25 years I have led, assured and successfully delivered hundreds of programmes and projects. I've regularly delivered on time and budget, saving millions along the way, improving processes, systems and peoples working lives.
With many different teams I've managed transformations, communicated changes, trained, coached and developed individuals and teams so they are prepared for success.
I've occasionally failed, but learned the valuable lessons along the way to avoid repeating common and costly mistakes.
I'm adaptable and flexible in my delivery and governance approach, keeping the client culture and delivery objectives at the heart of my work.
