I draw on my knowledge from psychology, education and group dynamics to help organisations funtion effectively by helping how interpersonal and communication issues can negatively impact on the performance of the individual, the group and the organisation as a whole.
I use principles of behavioural psychology, transactional analysis and systemic theory to help me in my work.
