Summary

The bulk of my professional background and skill set aligns with the role of an Assistant Manager, with a particular focus on orchestrating the Front of House (FOH) operations within an activities bar. This position encompasses a wide array of tasks, not limited to fostering relationships with customers, leading and briefing a sizable team on reservations, and supervising the FOH operations. In addition, I handle the subsequent administrative responsibilities. My primary expertise lies in liaising with customers and guests, ensuring adherence to set standards, and guiding the FOH in achieving these goals, mirroring the responsibilities of a designated Bookings Manager.
