Summary
RCT Training is the training arm of a Rochdale based charity that works with excluded young people. RCT operates on a fully commercial basis but all profits made are put back into the charity to support its work. So if you use us - as well as receiving the business benefits of our training expertise, you will be supporting a charitable cause!
We provide accredited or non-accredited training in: management including team member and team leader skills; coaching and mentoring; interpersonal skills including train the trainer; and community/voluntary sector capacity building.
We are an approved centre with ILM and with Edexcel (as well as being a Train to Gain approved provider). If you prefer to run your own training we may be able to accredit that for you, using one of the range of ILM qualifications and/or developing specialist new Awards to suit your need.
