I am a senior solicitor in the Employment team at Orbis, with 15 years post qualification experience in giving specialist advice and representation in the Employment Tribunals and Courts of England and Wales.
I deal with all aspects of employment law; discrimination, HR matters, breach of contract, unfair dismissal, working for business, SMEs, as well as individual private clients and executives, including a wide variety of senior employees and well-recognised organisations.
I combine extensive advocacy experience in the criminal and civil courts, as well as the Employment Tribunal, with a down to earth approach, to achieve results as a highly effective and tenacious litigator. I also appreciate and understand that litigation is a last resort and a pragmatic but firm approach can be just as effective.
I specialise in discrimination and unfair dismissal law and I am particularly experienced in the fields of disability, sexual orientation and religion or belief discrimination. I am also widely experienced in negotiating settlement in compromise agreements of high value and complexity.
