Provision of facilities totalling £1.75m to a FM business to enable it to acquire another.
Attained a £2.3m loan for a leading Norfolk residential developer, Dewing Properties. The loan was used to part refinance an existing shareholder loan from the sister company and release liquidity to the wider business.
Completed a £1.1m development loan using the CBILS scheme to fund a development of 8 houses near Sudbury, Suffolk.
