Oakfield Capital Investments Ltd is a property development company which allows investors of all sizes and budgets the opportunity to make returns which comfortably exceed what could be achieved via more traditional investments.
Our 'bread & butter' developments are tired and run down family homes. These properties are sourced at significantly below market value rates, and value is added via refurbishment, modernisation and re-design to make the best use of the available space.
All of our projects are 'dressed' for sale. This allows us to achieve the maximum possible sale price, in the shortest possible time. A typical deal for us would be a purchase price of £75,000 plus £15,000 to cover refurbishment, stamp duty and legal fees, and a sale price of £110,000.
The availability of these deals is very much on the increase and we are always on the look out for potential partners who might be interested in funding these deals, and making significant returns on thier investment.
