Summary

I am an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Manager with a passion for creating inclusive cultures and building bridges between disparate groups. With expertise in strategic operations, Working to ensure that equity and inclusion are built into processes and policies, creating workplaces where everyone can thrive.

Curiosity, tenacity, and tempestuousness drive me to challenge the status quo and advocate for change. I believe that by creating inclusive cultures, we can improve experiences of inclusion for minoritised groups, and ultimately build a more equitable world.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with a wide range of organisations, from startups to 100 year old charities, from government departments to fortune 500 companies. They have seen firsthand the power of diversity and inclusion to drive innovation, improve employee engagement, and enhance business performance.

My approach to EDI is collaborative and people-centered. I believe in putting people at ease, listening to their experiences, and working together to create solutions that benefit everyone. I am proud of my track record of success in improving experiences of inclusion for minoritised groups, and I am committed to continuing to drive change in this area.
