Ms Moulon is admitted to practice law in the EU, US, OECS & CARICOM and works in public and private law alongside developing businesses, for-profit & non-profit organizations, multilateral agencies, etc. An independent global Legal Practitioner with strategic business partners, she works in among others, private equity, international trade and partnerships and specializes in IP, Investment & Finance.

Through her offices in New York and France combined with other strategic local presence, her Firm offers full services and gets involved in complex areas of European, US, Business, Financial and International law and handles corporate, banking, securities, contracts and general commercial, intellectual / industrial property as well as joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, public-private partnerships, etc.

Ms Moulon is the first English-Caribbean born Lawyer who has been admitted to practice law as an Avocat à la Cour in France and Europe. She is also the first to hold the joint titles of Attorney at Law New York Bar, OECS and CARICOM Bars and Avocat à la Cour in the French and Europe Bars and in addition to her office in Paris, she also has an office in Midtown Manhattan, New York.

And being a Commonwealth-admitted Attorney (the English speaking Caribbean islands - OECS & CARICOM) she is also eligible to handle cases in the Courts of other Commonwealth States..

Finally, in seeking to work efficiently with her clients, and in order to gain a deeper understanding of the issues they face, Ms Moulon has taken the online MBA in one course with Professor Chris Haroun of Stanford University and Venture Capitalist as well as some of his other courses in Investment Banking, M&A, IPO, Financial Modelling.
