A unique Penthouse development in London’s West End with 360 degree views of London that needed a fully installed Lutron Lighting and Blinds control system ready to go to market.
A unique experience
As well as the lighting and blinds control, a security system, Data Network, multi-room audio, an installed Bathroom TV and full pre-wiring for TV points and in-ceiling speakers for the prospective buyer was installed. Lastly, the comprehensive cabling scheme is ready for an intelligent control system to be installed in the future.

Clifton Hill
This luxury Basement development in St John’s Wood involved installation of a multi-zone audio visual system for the new Games/Bar area, TV Den and Study.
A unique experience
To control the professionally designed Lighting and Blinds scheme across these new areas, with its’ striking LED lighting, a Lutron Lighting and Blinds Control system was installed. For simple and comprehensive control of all of this, a Control4 system was installed which adds iPad/iPhone control. In addition, the system was also linked to an upgraded scheme for the main house that included a new Video Door Entry system, additional audio zones and data network.

Birchwood
The brief for this Hampstead home was to design & install an energy-saving lighting and AV system that can redefine a way of living in the 21st Century.
'Lutron Homeworks QS' lighting system was the chosen product for energy-efficiency and sophistication. A multi-room HD video-distribution and a multi-room digital music system was installed throughout and controlled by user-friendly I-Pad technology.
This property is now transformed into a beautiful, contemporary and state of the art home.
