Summary

I started my estate agency career back in 2002, at a time when I was finding my feet in the world and didn’t know which career path to take. From the outset I knew I didn’t want to be your typical pushy estate agent so I adopted a somewhat unorthodox approach, one that saw me putting the needs of the client before my own. I probably raised an eyebrow or two amongst my pin striped colleagues in the office for whom the job was all about personal gain at any expense. However, my caring and compassionate attitude to the job soon saw me become one of the company’s top performers, leading to a succession of promotions.

Fast forward almost 20 years and I have gained a wealth of experience in both sales and letting that have moulded me into the agent I am today. During my career I have worked for some of the South East’s leading estate agency groups in a variety of locations across South London and Kent giving me an unrivalled appreciation and knowledge of the local property market and the people that live in it.

Partnering with eXp gives me the opportunity to offer a very personal service that can be tailored to the specific needs of the customer, making for a smoother and less stressful move.

The customer is at the heart of everything I do so I choose to only work with a small select number of sellers at anyone time, allowing me the opportunity to go above and beyond to achieve results. Unlike traditional estate agents I offer a single point of contact, allowing me to guide you through every step of the move from the initial conversation through to completion.

Communication is key to any relationship whether that be a personal or business relationship, so I’m contactable at hours to suit you, allowing me to give feedback following viewings, advice or just an informal chat and catch up.

My approach:
From the outset my advice will be based on honesty and transparency. My job is to work for the benefit of the client not myself, nor an employer.

With nearly two decades of experience, I will provide an accurate appraisal of your home based on market trends and comparable evidence. We will openly discuss and agree a marketing strategy to suit your needs and any timescales that need to be considered.

I will offer my honest advice on presentation where required to maximise viewings and the sale price, rather than rush your home onto the market.

I will conduct all the viewings personally at a time that suits you and provide prompt and accurate feedback following each visit so you are not left wondering.

At the point of receiving an offer I will guide you through the process, taking time to make sure we have the most proceedable buyer or the most suitable tenant at the best possible price. Before entering into a sale the buyer will need to prove they are in a financial position to proceed with the purchase and tenants will be fully referenced to prove suitability.

Once a sale has been agreed I will personally liaise with the buyer and other agents and solicitors in the chain to make sure the transaction is run to a timeframe that suits your onward move. During this time I will be on hand to offer advice on any aspect of your move, including negotiating a price, surveys and through my partnerships financial advice if required.
