Serviced accommodation/ short let/ holiday let management
I am an experienced serviced accommodation provider, currently managing our own small portfolio of short-lets. Being fully involved in all daily activities and tasks from property to guest management gives me the knowlesge and confidence to offer a exceptional service to other investors and landlords.
I am based near Gatwick Airport, and can easily cover most of the South of England (as I regularly and personally inspect our properties, even though we do work with professional and trusting cleaning and maintenance teams).
We offer a wide range of services, from set up to completely hands-off management, which can be fully tailored.
Property sourcing
We are fully compliant sourcers who like to consider ourselves an extension of our investors' team - we work together to understand your criteria and assessement model, and are dedicated to finding the perfect property for your strategy, portfolio and budget.
As I am based in the South of England, I can cover all areas from Reading to Eastbourne to Worthing.
We specialise in lead finding, deal analysis, deal structuring and deal management.
