Glenn Webb Ltd is a family-owned business with twenty five years experience as front line H&S advisers. . We provide a hands-on H&S service to SMEs, across a wide spectrum of clients, operating in leisure, commercial, manufacturing, retail, transport, warehousing, construction, and specialised business activities.
Based upon initial inhouse reviews, we put in place systems and procedures which meet the specific needs of the organisation. The written Company H&S manual covers operational related policy statement, organisation, arrangements for compliance, risk assessments, method statements, and COSHH. The manual includes the necessary range of control documents to assist the busy managers in the control of their safety systems.
We specialise in assisting construction clients with all aspects of CDM 2015. We work with clients and architects as their appointed CDM Principal Designer. In this function we advise on build safety, issuing of preconstruction Information, and the review of construction phase plans. For principal contractors we write the necessary construction phase plans.
For the whole client base, we offer a site health and safety audit service based upon their agreed need.
Our client service also includes operational training, again covering the needs of the organisation.
With qualified fire risk assessors we also offer premises fire risk assessment, and to construction principal contractors, construction phase fire risk assessments on newbuild and refurbishments.
