Duracell is the world’s leading manufacturer of high-performance alkaline batteries, specialty cells, and rechargeables.
Since its foundation in the early 1940s, the company has become an iconic personal power brand, trusted for compact and longer-lasting batteries.
The majority of people are using digital media either on desktop or mobile phones. Both platforms have a subsequently high number of users. A desktop is advisable for quick access to web pages, whereas mobile phones are known to create a great User Experience.
Working with DURACELL, a well-established brand that is recognizable all over the world did put some pressure on the Fram Crew.
Here we had the task to create an app with great functionality and not fail to focus on the designing part.
The first focus was on captivating the users. We wanted to make sure they stay on the app and increase their engagement. We supplied them with catchy content and easy navigation. We are glad that with those small steps we managed to increase customer complacency & improved the ROI.
The second focus of the Fram crew was to maintain uniformity, increase the loading speed, add more interactivity, and add some conventional elements. Our client was impressed with us and we are proud that our expertise showed through once again!
Regarding branding, there was not much creativity as we had to stay consistent with the worldwide giant’s branding. Yet there was a place for some new suggestions that were well received.

MISH-MASH is an app focused on food delivery. It’s a relatively new app entering the Bulgarian Markets. It is definitely one of our favourite projects as the industry they are entering is quite competitive with already established huge brands.
Creating this app had put us in a position with plenty of variables we needed to keep track of in order to give a 100% satisfaction to our client.
The app itself had to earn the trust and gain the confidence of the users by simplicity and usability. Our first task was to conduct extensive research, on target audience, industry niche and user demands along with current and future market trends. Thus guaranteeing us success in accomplishing our mission.
Our crew managed to create interfaces that are delightful and intuitive to use. The users of MISH-MASH are now met with top-notch user experience in terms of navigation, look and feel.
Making use of common colors, symbols, buttons, font style, and icons made the use of the app easy for users and made them a little more familiar using your mobile app. We made the elements simple, especially the language and the visuals to escape the need of a manual to illustrate how your app works. The overall UI of your app design is uniform with the idea of providing ease for users to identify the usage pattern all through the app.
Overall, we feel we succeeded what the client wants and we are proud to continue working with them on improving what we started.

QUARTAL Food Park is the first outdoor shipping container food park in Sofia. They believe that awesome food and entertainment make people better. That’s why they decided to build an exclusive selection of premium restaurants, street food brands, and cultural experiences. QUARTAL is a modern food park destination with a pioneering spirit that blends technology, art, food, and social bonding.
For this client, we started the very basics. We asked ourselves how can we make a better web experience for their clients?
The process started with understanding the objectives of the business and how best to serve a target audience. By comprehending the psychology of the users we can easily provide them with a positive and memorable experience.
We wanted the visuals, content, structure, and navigation to all come together and give the users a memorable experience. If they easily find the information they’re looking for, we’ve accomplished our goal and they will return.
The branding and UX of QUARTAL share a symbiotic relationship. We didn’t want such a well-established brand to have its reputation tarnished by a website with a terrible user experience.
Typography and color scheming were a huge part of the process. We wanted to make sure the texts cover the two main aspects that the client implied legibility and readability. We focused on a logical flow in our user interface, dazzling icons and pictures, and contrasting colors. We decided to keep things simple and let the images shine.
