Having been in the hospitality industry since 2008, I have acquired a versatile skill base throughout my various roles in the companies I have worked for. I have excellent food and beverage service, supervisory and management skills in café/restaurant, conferencing, banqueting and fine dining environments, both operationally and organisationally as well as experience as a department and duty manager in a large hotel chain.
I have worked within branded companies to core procedures, utilising and developing my skills, allowing me to progress to my current role. Attention to detail, excellent customer service and establishing a rapport with my colleagues and customers/clients/guests are all important aspects of driving forward the success of the business and all involved within.
