Summary
Having worked in the field of Specialist seating and Ergonomics I am passionate about good posture and comfort for all. We are all different shapes and sizes and should be comfortable at work, where we spend most of our day. I love good design and quality along with functionality and adjustment. Our places of work are so important and we should look after our workers. If they are happy, appreciated and comfortable then they will be creative and successful.
I am continually frustrated when employers fail to recognise the importance of an agile working environment especially in these COVID times. Home/ Hybrid workers and office staff have to be treated the same even if home working is temporary.
