I spend all of my working hours finding cost reductions for medium to large organisations whatever arena they are in. I focus on areas such as
gas/electricity/water/telecommunications/business insurance.
Successes have included a rebate of over £30,000 on a water bill for a large multi-national. A saving of £71,000 over three years on electricity costs for a meat processing factory.A 75% reduction on telephone costs for a well known restaurant.
My aim is to generate additional financial benefits for organisations who do not have the time to focus on certain areas of their business.
