What We Do
Coolair designs, installs and maintains advanced cooling and heat pump systems to help people do better work and live better lives. We serve the whole of the UK, tackling projects of all sizes, from comms rooms, small shops & offices, hotels, schools, colleges and large commercial developments, through to prestige projects such as Wembley Stadium and Old Trafford.
Since its formation in 1980, Coolair has established an enviable reputation for design innovation, engineering excellence and high quality service. This is made possible by a closely integrated team of dedicated professionals, many of whom have risen through the ranks from apprentice to senior sales and management level.
We value fresh thinking and innovation; we were the first company to install a VRV system in the UK and have continued to apply VRV/VRF technology across our various projects. We now actively promote the use of renewable energy technologies, including the widespread use of air and water source heat pumps, and heat reclaim ventilation systems.
For us, client service means more than simply an installation. Our design engineers advise on government funding schemes like ECA and RHI, which can significantly reduce construction costs. We also have a nationwide service & maintenance facility, designed to make sure you get the best long-term benefits from our installation.
As the largest installer of AC in the United Kingdom, we’ve developed special relationships with manufacturers such as Mitsubishi Electric, Daikin and Toshiba, as well as other supply partners. We became a Mitsubishi Business Solutions Partner many years ago, and have recently been awarded D1+ status by Daikin. For our clients that means competitive prices and a smooth, integrated and professional process.
