A word from last year’s graduates

Following Novembers graduate programme, the three successful individuals have settled in and are growing from strength to strength in their roles. I managed to grab five minutes with one of them (believe me, they are busy, so this was difficult!)  and had a 5 minute chat about her experience since joining Baltic.

Kathryn Smith, studied English language and linguistics BA (Hons) at York St John University and is one of the newest recruits to join the Baltic Training family.

“The enthusiasm and passion of Baltic Training shone through in all of the company’s media and that made the company seem like a really exciting place to work. I realised quickly that everyone who works for Baltic is extremely passionate about their job and the company as a whole, which was encouraging to see. Everyone was quick to help and support in every aspect which made me feel comfortable and accepted, this, in turn inspired me to want to work hard and learn as much as I could from everyone I spoke to. It was obvious to me that the job role was going to be extremely rewarding and that with positivity and hard work I would be able to succeed and enjoy myself at the same time.

The training was thorough and well-structured in order to properly prepare us for the role, the whole experience was beneficial in so many ways and the experiences we had have already proven beneficial when starting out in our roles, most notably the confidence it helped us build.

A few months in and I am continuing to receive support from the team, everyone is being extremely helpful, understanding and friendly. I’m clear about what my goals are and what is expected of me going forward and I am excited for my future with Baltic Training.”

Like what you see? If you’re ready to take that first step towards a rewarding career with us here at Baltic, apply now! The application deadline is Friday 13th of January with interviews commencing the following week.

Your dream career could be just around the corner!
