This news comes after Spanish citizrn, Mario Costeja Gonzalez faild to sercure the deletion of a serach result which revealed that his house has been repossessed and auctioned after he ran into differecult financial difficulties in 1998.
Gonzalez belives that such information is no longer relevant and can be damaging to an individuals reputation and should be extricated from serach engine results.
