Do you actually know what your potential is?
How well do you know your market?
How well do you know your customers?
How well do you know the Competition? Or perhaps we should say How do your competitors operate?
Have you explored every last avenue?
Do you have a consistent and good message for the market?
What are your USP\'s?
Does your brand or Corporate image align with your activities in the market?
Know Marketing's 4P's (Product, Price, Promotion, Place).
Just paying attention to a few of the above will enable you to do better.
Be informed and educated.
Oh and there\'s 4 other P\'s that are very useful
Prepare (research), Plan (document how you will get where you want to go), Produce (execute) then Profit (get results).
Most companies pay good attention to the Preparation and the Plan, but most do not spend sufficient time on the Production side or Execution. Sitting back and waiting for it to happen is not an option.
