The Hawksmoor AIM Portfolio Service allows clients to invest in growth opportunities amongst UK smaller companies, as well as reducing a potential 40% inheritance tax liability.
To be eligible for Business Relief, the investment must be owned for at least 2 years. In comparison, many other forms of estate planning can take 7 years to be fully exempt.
Investors can also utilise their ISA allowance for greater tax efficiency, meaning their holding will be exempt from income tax on dividends and any capital gains on disposals.
