Over a 6-week period, these sessions will bring people together to explore how they can support their own well-being and mental health, building the tools they need to stay resilient.
The first series kicks off in June at Ty Calon in Deeside and Theatre Porto in Ellesmere Port, with more events planned across Cheshire, North Wales, and online.
