You may know that we communicate using words, and physiology but did you know that we also communicate on an energetic level? Have you ever walked into a meeting room and just known that the people in there have just had an argument? Do you know someone who can just light up a room by their presence? Well what you are picking up on is energy.
Some people, unintentionally, draw from the energy of others to supplement their own energy and this energy drain can leave you feeling tired, emotional, exhausted, demotivated, stressed and confused. None of these feelings make for a productive or engaging working environment.
The techniques used include guided imagery, and can easily be done by anyone without any special equipment, they are simple and fun to learn.
