It is even more important that we focus on the key lessons of how to grow our businesses. Andy will share his experiences of growth in 2 training and consultancy businesses. He will also share his experiences of managing through the "dip" years. The session will be participative and encourage people to share their views, experiences and draw up a "How to grow your business" action plan. Andy will also share with you key research that has underpinned the growth of Oakridge over the last 10 years. Oakridge Training and Consulting enters the current market conditions on the back of 10 very successful years of trading. We have just enjoyed a year of record growth. However a key lesson is never to be complacent and the challenge of maintaining growth. These current market conditions are very challenging and therefore even more important for us to a have "growth plan". Andy says: "I have been extremely fortunate in my work. I have worked with some great people, been involved in some great projects and been to some great places on my travels. I have learnt some great lessons and have made some great big mistakes.
