The Greater Manchester Employer Coalition celebrates where employers are making a real difference to the lives of local people. The awards have been running since 2005 and they recognise the employers, partnerships and individuals that make Greater Manchester a great place to live and work. The event is a celebration of what can be achieved, as well as a call to action for other employers. These Annual Awards act as a showcase of businesses, individuals and other organisations that are leading the way in breaking down barriers to work and investing in their most valuable asset, their workforce.
